- Technique-based training @ Running: study about background and development of an intervention for runners
The aim of this study was twofold, namely (1) to search systematically the scientific literature about the availability of interventions focussing primarily on the enhancement or optimization of the running technique in recreational runners, and (2) to develop in an evidence-based way an intervention meant to improve sustainably running technique in order to prevent injuries and empower running efficiency.

The objective of the study was to assess the test-retest reliability and concurrent validity of the Myotest Runcheck measuring the running economy and vertical oscillation of body centre of mass among healthy distance runners.
